Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
We perform both manual and encoded phased array ultrasonic testing for welds and components. PAUT provides detailed volumetric examination with improved detection and sizing capability compared to conventional shear-wave UT. Applications include ASME pipe and plate welds, structural welds to AWS D1.1, corrosion mapping, and specialized work on thinner materials. Encoded scanning supports permanent record and advanced data analysis when project requirements demand it.
Conventional Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Shear-wave and straight-beam ultrasonic testing for internal discontinuities in welds, plate, and piping. We routinely perform examinations to ASME and AWS structural/bridge requirements. Our technicians are experienced with the calibration, scanning techniques, and acceptance criteria required for critical fabrication and construction work.

Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT)
Wall thickness and remaining life assessments for piping, pressure equipment, and structural members. We perform corrosion and erosion surveys, baseline thickness mapping, and in-service evaluations to support fitness-for-service decisions and maintenance planning. Examinations are commonly performed to AWS D1.1 / D1.5 and applicable ASME piping codes.

Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
Dry powder and wet fluorescent magnetic particle inspection for surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials. Suitable for pipelines, structural steel, and components where surface-breaking defects must be identified reliably and efficiently.

Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
Visible and fluorescent liquid penetrant inspection for surface-breaking discontinuities in non-porous materials, including stainless steel and other non-magnetic alloys. We select the appropriate method based on material, surface condition, and sensitivity requirements.

Radiographic Testing (RT)
Gamma and X-ray radiographic examination using conventional film and digital techniques. RT remains a proven method for volumetric inspection of welds and components when project specifications or accessibility require it.
