Certified Welding Inspection (CWI / QC-1) and QA/QC
AWS Certified Welding Inspectors provide visual and documentation inspection for code compliance and weld quality. QA/QA support covers structural fabrication and erection, mining sites, power plants, semiconductor manufacturing, data centers, power and process piping and in-shop fabrication.
On-site CWI work protects the project through code-compliant inspections while mentoring welders and client representatives. That combination reduces missed items, strengthens documentation, and raises overall quality across the crew.

ADVANCED NDT
Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
PAUT delivers high-resolution and volumetric imaging through electronic beam steering, covering multiple angles from a single probe position. Manual scanning for process piping and encoded scanning to produce a permanent digital record with clear visual results for confident, code-compliant decisions.
Compared with radiographic, PAUT and UT avoid ionizing radiation while often running faster on accessible welds. Encoded scans support permanent records and advanced analysis when the project requires it.

Conventional UT
Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Thickness Testing (UTT)
Shear-wave and straight-beam ultrasonic testing locate internal discontinuities in welds, plate and piping. The method is portable, widely accepted by code, and cost-effective when experienced technicians apply the right calibration and acceptance criteria.
Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT) supports wall-thickness surveys, corrosion and erosion assessment, piping remaining-life evaluation, and in-service pressure equipment inspection. Common references include AWS D1.1 / D1.5 and applicable ASME piping codes.

VOLUMETRIC IMAGING
Radiographic Testing (RT)
Gamma and X-ray radiography produce a permanent image of internal discontinuities such as porosity, slag and inclusions. Film and digital techniques remain code-accepted where a documented visual record is specified.
Access, safety controls and processing make RT more involved than ultrasonic methods. We help choose RT when the specification or geometry requires it, and PAUT/UT when radiation controls or schedule make ultrasonic the better path.

SURFACE METHODS
Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
Visible and fluorescent liquid penetrant inspections find surface-breaking discontinuities in non-porous materials, including stainless steel and other non-magnetic alloys. Method selection follows material, surface condition and required sensetivity.

SURFACE METHODS
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
MT detects surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials using dry or wet fluorescent techniques under documented, code-compliant procedures. It is efficient for pipelines, structural steel and components where surface-breaking defects must be found reliably.

QUALIFICATION
Welder Qualification Testing
Welder qualification verifies that each welder can produce sound, code-compliant welds under defined conditions. Complete records create the documented proof needed for compliance, traceability, insurance and project acceptance.
Testing follows ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1 / D1.5, and API 1104 as applicable, with nondestructive and/or destructive examination of coupons before the qualification is issued.

PQR and WPS documentation
Procedure Qualification Records prove that a welding procedure meets code requirements. Welding Procedure Specifications give welders-controlled instructions for consistent production work. Together they form the backbone of a qualified welding program.
Support includes tensile, bend, fillet-weld break and macro-etching testing, with documentation for processes such as SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW/Orbital, SAW and related methods as needed.

PMI quickly determines the chemical composition of metals on site. It is especially useful when alloy identity is unknown or undocumented, preventing mix-ups and confirming the correct material before it is installed or welded.
